Peter J. Johnson
Peter J. Johnson has over 35 years of litigation practice experience as both a former prosecuting attorney and present defense attorney. In 1968, Peter J. Johnson was appointed as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and Special Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Berrien County (Michigan). Soon thereafter he established his private practice as a general practice and defense attorney by drawing heavily upon his early years as a prosecuting attorney. From 1968 to 1984, Peter J. Johnson also served as a Berrien County Public Administrator probating intestate estates for the state of Michigan. He holds a B.S. degree from Central Michigan University (1960) and a J.D. from Chicago Kent College of Law, Chicago, Illinois (1966).
